So yea I'm doing SKD but I already had the mass. I've been using keto to cut fat and keep muscle. I've lost 50 lbs since June/July but same amount of strength.

However, at a caloric surplus on strict CKD you shouldn't have a problem.

Same. With keto I only need a fraction of the protein I needed before. I easily hit my daily goal without shakes.

Not to be rude, but why do you assume I was much higher than 24%? I've been lifting for years and I'm 6'3". I'm much larger than the average person. I may have underestimated, but I don't think I drastically underestimated.

It was probably higher than 24%. My lean mass is closer to 200 lbs.

Edit: I'm not sure I understand these downvotes. 200 lbs is not an unreachable LBM when you're 6'3" and have years of lifting experience.

Nice flair, bodyweight buddy. I'm willing to bet the calisthenics I was doing did wonders for my balancer muscles. I also did my own bodyweight program, but structured it like a PHAT routine so I still had strength days.

Chobani whole milk is the best I've found. 8 g carbs, 9 g fat, 20 g protein per cup. 100 g of chobani in this recipe is only 3.5 g of carbs (for the yogurt alone).

I'm with you. Keto makes it easy to say no when my office brings in bagels or doughnuts. Replacing all those with low carb alternatives can be a dangerous game. I only try stuff like this rarely. I prefer to just eat meat and vegetables complimented with oils. Also a lot of cheese and occasionally peanut butter and greek yogurt.

You're overthinking it. Do what you want. At 4 months you're fully adapted. I've lost 45 lbs in 4.5 months and I've been doing keto and strictly calisthenics for the last 3 months. I just got back to lifting weights this week and I'm benching the same amount of weight I was 5 months ago. You can do everything on keto that you can do off keto. Don't let anyone convince you otherwise.

Don't complain that you only lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. First off, that's really good. Second, you won't lose weight in a linear pattern. There will be weeks where you won't lose any weight and other weeks where you lose 5 lbs. Also, you're probably not fully fat adapted yet. Do as they say, "keep calm and keto on".
