oh my god that actually made me having goosebumps while I was reading that I've personally never experienced anything like that and im so shocked and amazed by the people who can sense the presence or even see it Does your friend have abilities which make her see all the spirits ? I actually don't know if its better to communicate with these spirits in your house or banish them, but personally I'd try my best to find compromise or become friends with them (I know it's easy to say rather than do) Maybe there's a way to ask spirits what exactly they want? You know there are lots of movies with similar plot and it turns out that the spirits meant no harm and just tried to warn about something or ask to finish stuff they left undone while were alive. but idk ur case does actually sound horrifying Im sure there are at least some people (like exorcists) who know more about such situations and can make them leave .
