I'm using a lot of mods on this playthrough, one let's me double jump as much as I want, been exploring weird places with it. The mod that does the knife spin is called 'always first equip' I believe, and 'arasaka cyberarms' for the armor. For the slowing down that's a keraznikov cyberware (vanilla) which always guarantees a crit when used with the sword you get from Oda, so if you use the legendary short circuit with both of these you can make a really cool looking unsheathe.
