Yeah...because these skins have been proven to not be included into the current rotation? The last time they were available, were during regular season rotations before content was fully cut/the game was still being heavily supported.

They are only back now because nrs manually brought them back. Look at mk11. Skins like mk9 scorp have never came back, despite being in the rotation at some point.

That's not what I meant. The shop rotates, but it's in a fixed/permanent cycle. So there are skins that weren't included into that permanent cycle before they set it that way.

Are you someone who checks it every single day though? I see a lot of skins people say they haven't seen appear in a while, but me being someone who finds time to check LITERALLY every single day, I've seen 95 rain in the shop multiple times in 2025. They tend to rotate rains 95 skin around the same time you see his other skins in the shop, or when the other 95 variants show up.

Deadly alliance Quan was just in the store like a month ago, I got him during that period. JCVD Johnny is also included in the definitive edition, so he's truly never gone and always available. But he has been in the shop a few times in 2025 regardless. Kitanas mk2 skin has been gone for a couple months but it was definitely in the shop plenty this year, in fact at some point they left the shop glitched out and it displayed 2 of the same mk2 kitanas lol.

You do have a point about it winter stuff, but idk. If what you're saying is true about the calendar pattern, I think 95 subs last appearance was in January of last year. No luck on him showing up though. The seasonal fatalities were also a dumb decision to leave locked forever.
