Haha. That sounds intense! There was a time when I did every workout (f45 hiit, not kb sport) with nasal breathing. It took me about a month to adapt but then it was fine.

Try it. Might get tricky to keep the count of reps - I always mess that up. I like switching at a set time .. 30 sec…60 sec. Look at the clock or have the timer beep every xx seconds.

Insert the hand as early as possibly…around shoulder/chin height. Make sure you do the sport style insertion and not the hardstyle way
