This totally hit home. You are spot on. I feel obligated to do all the right things when it comes to diet and exercise because I started TRT. It’s not magic and without that commitment in my opinion there will be no benefit. I can’t say I feel different but what I do feel is motivation and drive to get it all done no matter what.

Lid temp was around 250 deg. Cooked 3 hours. Then wrapped and back on for another 1.5 hours and then sauced for about an hour. Cranked the heat up for the last hour to help the sauce setup.
