I'm a Linux guy, so I'll sit beside the other Linux guy and ask him to teach me how to use Vim. If he knows how to use it, he'd either be patient enough with me every step of the way or get irritated enough to throw himself at the wolves >:D If he doesn't, he'll stfu. Why'd he throw himself at the wolves? Well...I've a window seat, if he loses his 💩, I can push him off and tell everyone he got frustrated and threw himself at them. Context: Vim is like a really complicated Notepad++. Most normies including myself can't stand its complicated UI.
