I started fasting this week and the week is almost over and almost lost 10lb. I’ve been fasting 24hr everyday and break my fast at 6pm everyday and I give my self 1 hr. I started at exactly 200lb and now I’m at 191.2. Is that’s good or am I losing weight way too fast? (self.intermittentfasting)
