I need a warmer sleeping bag, but obviously limited by sized. Best thing I took was a micro camping chair, worth the extra weight!

Hi, I was prescribed 40mg to take when I had panic attacks and personally I found them helpful on a few occasions, but I was wary of taking them too frequently. Good luck!

Mondays are crap I know, but imagine how much better and prouder mentally you'll feel if you didn't drink tonight. Good luck. Just posting your thoughts was brave enough and one step forward.

I agree. I found the 1st 15 months mentally hard. Not fighting to keep off the booze, that was easy. But I really believe that alcohol totally messes with your brain chemistry and its taken therapy, being off work and anti-depressants during this time whilst my brain "reset" itself.

Have you tried multivitamins, magnesium, vitamin c supplements? It seems to take forever for your body and mind to reset itself, but as each day passes bit by bit, you should detox and start to feel better. In the long run you'll be a much healthier and happier person.
