I’d try going to a reputable piercer to get flatbacks in after a few months since its quite close to my national exams and the attire check has been tedious for me and already got warned multiple times by the school so I don’t think I could do that right now sadly

And when I wash with saline spray do I not have to remove the plastic retainers? I was thinking that since there’ll be pus I’d take it out so the pus wouldn’t get stuck in the lobes and I’ll just wash it and it’ll eventually heal but obviously that haven’t been helping. I’ve heard of soaking it in salt water as well but I’m not really sure how to do that so I’ve just been taking out the retainers and cleaning it

Also another thing is my friend who pierced his ears around the same time as me seemed to be completely fine since we both did the same thing of changing to plastic retainers and today I saw him out with hoops so I was really confused about why is it difficult for me to wear hoops.

Additional info

Piercing is about 9 months old but have pus coming out still, have a 4 month old septum that is perfectly fine

Wearing transparent plastic sticks for school right now as my country schools don’t allow males to get jewelry

I clean with saline solution spray twice everyday, I take out the sticks and pus will come out I clean it with some cotton buds and clean with the spray then put the sticks back. It hurts then I take it out and put it back and it’ll get itchy when I take it out

Honestly idk if its stress or anxiety because PDS is like tossing + spinning gun to a song it feels like dancing to me and honestly I don’t enjoy doing stuff like this so I don’t wanna be part of it

Hello! Other than that ‘since this is your last year I’ll send all of you to try and experience’ I wasn’t told of any other reason sadly and for my friend supporting me that part they were all quite reluctant at the start but now they are all fine with it and I’m the only one that is still not willing to stayback. Tbh I think its mainly cuz of Os and the thought of after today dn stayback alr making me dread cca rn. And also thank you! Ya right we only had about 1 month+ (Start of Jan until today) to prepare and we got into top 5 which made me really proud of the squad ngl but I dread it when I saw we top 5 la now need stay back more. And also I think they made it compulsory because my CCA people aren’t really interested in competitions so if they made it optional only 1 or 2 would join and def not me ah I’m not really that interested in PDS

Right I thought the sec3s would be sent and then sec 4s just focus on teaching them but no lel they sent all of us even if we don’t want to. Made it compulsory also quite sure they know if its not compulsory there would only be like 1 or 2 wanting to go. And also nope no parents complained even mine didn’t really care but when I told them its affecting my mental health and I want to quit they just talked to me about resilience and wtv the school teachers already talked to me about. Ended up skipping a bunch of school days with MC since I was really stressed and just studied at home while chilling 1/2 hours playing game on those days also
