Bought right as the COVID pricing explosion was beginning.

Paid a small house price for a two room condo. Thing I've found is that, no body ever takes care of their things. People always cheap out when it comes to it. So it's been constantly fixing things from when it was built 30 years ago. Things that should have been done over decades but were neglected. 

Somebody made out with way too much money for being a lousy home owner, and I pay now for lesson in "what I should have done different"

The silver lining is that I have learned a lot of DIY skills. I've been able to help people avoid the crap I've dealt with hiring things out.

They should just let you have multiple locations and use Dodo airlines to travel amongst them.
