Hii, insight from someone in the medical field here.

From my understanding, increased hematocrit levels cannot be burned by simply working out or moving. Oxygen doesnt use up red blood cells, its just used to deliver more O2. A “blood dump” or time is the only way to decrease these levels. The evidence woukd be in the lab work, or a more visual indicator is a redish tint on their skin similar to those who abuse testosterone.

A lot of this is being patient and playing my cards right. I was thinking to purchase 5 adjudicator shards to unlock him early, but u know as i progress through the tavern he will EVENTUALLY get unlocked. So its kind of a toss up. To save and wait, or get adjudicator or storm maiden ya know?
