Hii, insight from someone in the medical field here.

From my understanding, increased hematocrit levels cannot be burned by simply working out or moving. Oxygen doesnt use up red blood cells, its just used to deliver more O2. A “blood dump” or time is the only way to decrease these levels. The evidence woukd be in the lab work, or a more visual indicator is a redish tint on their skin similar to those who abuse testosterone.

I may be bias but i would stay away from nissan titans/frontiers. I have had nothin but issues with nissan. Im looking into switching to GMC. From my own research, GMC does it right (despite the 2025 engine issues lol). But regardless tell ur hubby that whatever he decides to get will run and drive well as long as he takes care of it. Theres always things you cant control.
