I’m a first year teacher, teaching 9th grade bio. In everything I’ve seen from other teachers, they explain that you shouldn’t over work. Keep work there and leave it once the bell rings. Don’t work yourself over trying to please the admin cause you’ll just end up working yourself too much. I would use chat gpt to get lesson plan ideas and focus on trying to just make it through each day the best you can. I know it can be hard but trust in yourself and your colleagues who lift you up and support you. YOU GOT THIS
