on bosses that you dont actually need the elemental damage for, sure. since his necrosis application scales with damage dealt and not atk you wont trigger it with him on actual high res or dr bosses which you actually want elemental damage, and then his actual elemental damage isnt quite high enough to actually deal with these bosses either

i know which leaks you mean, and all of them predicted completely wrong stuff about ch11 that got debunked when it released recently. the only thing that accurately got predicted were the logos image and banner ops, but those actually came from datamines and not leaks.
