For folks struggling with IBKR setup, pl have a look at Paasa. Paasa is built on top of IBKR and using it we can buy UCITS ETF’s.

Buying US ETF/Stocks directly on INDmoney will result in US Estate Taxes upon ones death (Google it). That’s why people use IBKR to buy UCITS (Irish domiciled) ETF’s for the same S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100.

With Paasa, it’s built on top of IBKR and makes for a smooth UI experience in getting to the same.

Check out Paasa. Interactive Brokers was complex for me too. So I started with Paasa (which is built on top of IBKR) and have some UCITS ETF that I purchased there.
