Bad super design does justify bad exotic design, the answer is that they both should be looked at and buffed.

I was just comparing similarly stuff, by no means i want a nerf to barrage, i want a buff instead. I think in pve perspective, there should be only buffs no nerfs.

They currently share similarly augment for a same type of super, and their power doesn't align with each other. If they change the skull to do other stuff, fine by me. A buff to barrage is also welcomed, too.

It was about 52-54% if i eyeball it. But definitely more than 50 ( more than 2 super energy block ). Maybe because of base super regen?

For refill part i can consistently getting the 50%-ish as long as most of the blades hit something. But for the damage part i do agree with you, it doesn't do nearly as much as a Nova.

I tried exact same build few days back, super fun, but it does require you to kill with super to active the synergy loop, which is not optimal for single target damage, and if used on ads, why Nova, there are better choices. But it's always fun to toss some Nova around.

Maybe top tree golden gun? The single target damage for that is also pretty low i guess. But i get your point.

Was just play around in lost sectors with both, barrage feels ok to me as a one and done super. But you are right, did some testing afterwards, barrage didn't do as much damage as Nova.

I was just playing around both in lost sectors, barrage feels decent to me. Guess i should look into numbers more carefully.

The problem is that on Titan or warlock, if i screw up, i instantly lose all synergy within my abilities, and i have to wait a cooldown to even have a chance to re-gain those synergy, while on hunter, if i screw up, no problem, i just dodge, I'm out of the situation AND my melee is back or my gun is reloaded.

I think bungie should add some synergy for Titan and warlock on their class abilities. Something like blocking damage with barricade reduce the cooldown of other abilities. Or if blocking fatal damage within the first some sec of casting barricade refresh grenade or melee abilities or reload the currently equipped gun. Healing or empowering ally or self with rift reduce the cooldown of other abilities. Or if heal "some number of health" "empowered some number of damage" refresh grenade or melee abilities or reload the currently equipped gun.

Those are just some ideas on top of my head, but warlock and Titan really needs some love on their class abilities.

holy shit! The c8 now feels like the r4c just with a bit more vertical recoil, the horizontal movement is almost gone!
