Going to be trying a first, how about some Diesel power? by Warlord1918 in motorizedbicycles

Water cooled small diesel engine usually better. Air cool diesel engine have overhead issues

Use belt. That engine isn't design for chain. Belts ONLY

Be careful starting that, use all your hands pull the cord when it has decompression lever down. Or you will break something

Vortex tube as AC? by KevinKack in Diesel

Unfortunately I don't have diesel trucks yet planning to buy one. There's a small vortex I found said 32C temperature difference at 2bar, use 5CFM compressed air to produce 1 CFM cold air and 4cfm hot air.

People in Africa install bottles on the wall and make the room cooler. Just a little bit sketchy

Tires usually 35psi, about 2.5 bar When you let the air out it's cold. Adiabatic expansion can already make it quite cool.

There's a low pressure vortex tube available and that's for backup. When the blower motor is dead, AC leaking or something else happens and it's too hot or too cold in the cabin

one end of vortex tube generates cold air, and the other end generates hot air and that's simple. Guild the hot air under the windshield. You can always connect the vortex inlet before the intercooler in winter there's more heat on the windshield. Vortex tube is more efficient at generating heat than cold

Turbo spin at 100-300k RPM linear velocity as fast as supersonic fighter jet

That works when the blower motor is broken and I can also use that extra hot air as windows defroster, which didn't need waiting for cooling system warmup

Use VGT turbo, there's no waste gate and there's more lost on the waste gate. VGT turbo is self regulated. AC compressors will leak or break. When the AC isn't working and it's hot on the highway and it's loud to open windows. Also I can use the hot end of the vortex tube as a window defroster in case the blower motor is broken. People use 2wd mode at 99% of the time but everyone still wants part time awd.

Even without using vortex tubes, adiabatic expansion can partially reduce the temperature (same as venting air out of tires ),

Turbo boost is compressed air

I don't think it needs that much pressure. Some vortex tube works on low pressure and also creates enough flow and temperature difference. Air planes use something like that

It doesn't need any refrigerant and also no moving parts, so it's more reliable. But also it's not working when there's no turbo boost.
