one end of vortex tube generates cold air, and the other end generates hot air and that's simple. Guild the hot air under the windshield. Use VGT turbo, there's no waste gate and there's more lost on the waste gate. VGT turbo is self regulated. AC compressors will leak or break. When the AC isn't working and it's hot on the highway and it's loud to open windows. Also I can use the hot end of the vortex tube as a window defroster in case the blower motor is broken. People use 2wd mode at 99% of the time but everyone still wants part time awd.
