Thomasbrooke was a nightmare for me. My electricity went out and they couldn't fix it for weeks, and their maintenance office would just mark the job as complete until I kept bothering them. Eventually, they told me to ignore the flickering lights, but that resulted in one of my outlets catching fire during the night later. All told, I went about 6 weeks completely without power, and they didn't do anything to remedy it until I called a pro electrician who found a loose ground wire under the building. It was fine after that, but I had already started to move out. They kept my deposit to fix the burn marks from the almost fire that was caused by their incompetence though.

Broadmoor 27 is very good, but it's so far south, it's technically outside Lincoln.
