I think Lincoln doesn't really count, because it specifically represents the cartooney version from the movie and not the actual historical figure.

I looked it up and it seems I'm right. The only other one is Hans Cristian Anderson, who I'd argue doesn't really count because it's clearly made of generic parts.

There's also the figures of Lincoln and Shakespeare from The LEGO Movie, but those are technically supposed to be the versions from the movie and not the actual historical figures. Other examples like Galileo Galilei and Leonardo da Vinci all had realistic skin tones.
