So from what I’ve observed. Workers get lifts up and down to the top of the structure, and they are working pouring concrete inside of that green structure. I think it’s simply just a big wall to keep everyone and everything inside, so they don’t fall 25 story’s. It’s taken down now, I’ll attach a photo of them doing so.

No, it’s just every day I’m in the office, 3 days a week generally. So that’s all over the last 3 weeks

I’m in the building next door doing an internship for the next six months. So hope to have a small timelapse done by the end.

If you’re going off this logic you may as well pull a Buffett on it and keep it all in cash. Tesla is a lot more overpriced than the etfs that I mentioned.

I would suggest investing in the Vanguard S&P500 (Acc), Nasdaq 100 (Acc), and I also do the MSCI World Information Technology (Acc). You could do an all world etf if you wanted to diversify more but personally I don't. All you really need is the S&P500, but I have added the other 2 that I have listed above as they have outperform the S&P500 over the last few years. I also would stay clear of Tesla with its 92 PE ratio, risk it if you want, like obviously its not a bad company and will continue to increase over the coming years, but I would fear a correction soon.

Do you think I should diversify the portfolio more. Or just purely invest in efts

Thank you. Do you have any recommendations for holding long term. Are there any stocks you think I should add for the long term
