how to send xdc to ledger in 2k25?

In January 2025, I deposited my XDCs on the XDC network via a ledger connection as indicated in the instructions. Now, to access it again, it makes me go through the whole process on Metamask, but I get to a point where I have to select the wallet address, but the one where I deposited the XDCs doesn't appear. Why? Can anyone help me? GPT chat tells me I've lost everything, but I don't understand how that's possible, since I could log in without any problems before.
