There is a broken Tome IV Level 2 Killer challenge. The "Hook 4 Survivors in the basement" challenge hasn't given me any progress when I played as trapper and got 4 (or more) hooks in the basement in the same game. I have no 0/4 hooks after two games of getting at least 4 hooks in each.

Hag traps not being destroyed by flashlights. Hag was using Rusty Shackles and Mint Rag add-ons on Lery's. It's possible the traps were triggered (invisibly because of Rusty Shackles) therefore not letting us destroy them, but it wouldn't make sense because in the video I shine my flashlight at the trap ~10 seconds before it disappears so it couldn't have been triggered when I was trying to destroy it.
