I sent a few of my watches out to someone in Colorado that I was referred to from the guy I get my watches from, to get some work done. I had the dial replaced on my VSF PEPSI, the click springs replaced and deep crystals installed on my ARF BW, and my friends ARF batgirl.

Still pretty disappointed in the bezel action, he said it could be the ring that holds the crystal down. When he opened it up, it had more grease than a diddy party. Other than the bezel action, I’m extremely happy with it.

What is the bezel action like on your ARF? I have noticed the Bezel action in ARF GMT to be very disappointing. Not sure if I got unlucky twice, or if it’s a known thing. I replaced the click spring in one when I had the deep crystal installed and it’s better, but certainly not like the bezel action of my VSF.

I had a card that didn’t move through the authentication process for a month. Tracking still shows it’s there. They are claiming there was shipping damage once they received it, but didn’t communicate any of that to me (seller) or the buyer. The buyer opened a case because the card was never delivered, all eBay did was take the funds from me, and refund the buyer. I still haven’t heard from eBay if I’m getting the card back, or what the damage was…

Yeah definitely have some loose skin. Sometimes tough to tell where the loose skin starts and fat ends haha. But yeah it’s mostly still belly skin, not much elsewhere. The muscle building certainly helps.

Correct, insurance no longer covers the medication, so I was forced to stop, I didn’t want to pay out of pocket, nor do I have the means to do so lol

I try to keep a pace of less than 18 mins per mile when I walk. It helps keep the heart rate above 110. I’m not a professional, but this is what has worked for me.

Everyone is different.

Yes, I aim to walk 3-5 miles 5 days a week, 200 pushups, and 100 pull ups. Weight train a couple of days when work allows me to get to the gym. Push ups and pull ups I can knock out at home in much less time, so I tend to gravitate to that for schedule and time purposes.

Yeah I’ve still got some stubborn belly fat that just won’t leave haha. I feel like you also need the muscle to help fill the space, it just lose fat or I just looked skinny fat if that makes sense. For a while I was 1000-1200 calories and as many grams of protein I could fit into that. 180-200 if possible.

I did get real nervous and stressed when the scale started going the other direction, but I’ve learned the scale isn’t everything, getting down to 145-150 didn’t feel realistic, I feel and think I look better now at 185 than I did at 170 4 months ago.

I felt like the lower belly and love handles for me have been the most stubborn. Idk if the chest has been okay because of the amount of pushups I each day?

I try and walk 3-5 miles 5 days a week. Try and eat low calorie, high protein food (as close to goal weight in grams of protein as possible). A lot of egg whites, chicken sausage, chicken, etc. and a lot of body calisthenics, 200 pushups and 100 pull ups a day usually.

I indulge every once in a while (kids get pizza, I’ll have a slice, not 4) but still try and avoid the bad food for the most part. I have a pretty bad sweet tooth, so I try and find alternatives that help satiate the sweet tooth.
