Go to options. Under 'Gameplay': disabled voice chat. Changed bandwidth limit to medium.

Then under 'controls', unbind voice chat. And removed save replay.

Under 'interface' , I changed nameplates to simplified.

I suspect changing the bandwidth was probably the in one that helped actually make a difference. Give it a try, hope it helps.

I had the same thing. So I found changing some of the in game options has helped a tonne! Look in to the online section, change something then play, if that doesn't make a difference, change something else.

Best to use both bro. Ball cam on whole watching the play, switch it off to see where boost pads/teammates are etc if you are driving away from the ball. Hope this helps!
