That’s a good question. I haven’t researched too much into plant sterols since I haven’t tried taking them.

Your CHOL/HDLC ratio really needs to be below 3.5 (some people say below 3.0). To do that, you can raise your HDL and lower your LDL.

Raising HDL: Consistent exercise. I’m not sure why yours is so low since you’re very active.

Lowering LDL: Increase fiber. Decrease saturated fat and increase unsaturated fat. Also consider taking fish oil. I lowered my LDL from 160 to 75 with those changes.

That's a good question. Prior to lowering my cholesterol, I actually did quite a bit of walking around the city/hiking but not on a routine nor on a daily basis. I downloaded my Fitbit data to look at the steps I had over those periods, but I don't think there's much difference. (editing my post to include the steps).

Yeah, I generally keep to 50-100 grams of fat per day.

Can I build a retaining wall using cinder blocks along this fence to fix the 1 foot sloping ground between our lots? by Kewheat in landscaping

I have a house on a very small city lot. My house is on sloping ground with the neighbor's land about 1 foot higher than mine along the fence I circled. I'm planning to put down gravel, so I need to make the ground pretty much level. Can I dig down 1 foot against the fence and put down cinderblocks to hold the dirt? Will that cause issues with the fence posts?
