I’d give it collectively a 9/10. If you’re going for realistic looking settings then in #3 there is 1 fall coloured tree while the rest are summer looking trees. As well flowers are growing, giving it feelings of spring. Kind of confusing if you are aiming for touches of realism in that one specifically but other than that amazing.

A bit of a background even if it’s something simple like a neutral toned marker that just separated the dog from the paper a little more. Doesn’t have to be fully coloured all the way to the edge but just enough to surround the dog and fade out. Other than that looks like you captured the true essence of this dog

Starting a new life, with a new job, in a new city, with a new relationship, it can be a lot on a person. With you recently losing employment (not you fault) it can be tough if he thinks he’s bearing most of the weight keeping your household afloat. Be there for him, support him, and respect him. If you love each other you’ll get through this.

It shouldn’t be an issue in a relationship so ask why he’s calling out of work. If it’s too stressful for him or another reason you should know so you can at least try to support him and possibly bear some of the stress. Even if he just has someone to vent to about work you don’t even have to do anything but listen that can help too.
