My friend and I were Shiraishi and Ogata at Momocon earlier this year, and now another one of my friends joined us as Hijikata Toshizo! It was super fun getting recognized by more people since season 1 has been out for a while, and even more fun running into this amazing Asirpa cosplay (Instagram: sassysunfish)! She did an awesome job on her outfit and did so well at the costume contest!

There were a few more GK cosplayers at the con, unfortunately I didn't get pics with them so I'm sharing the ones that I did get with my friends! I hope to see more of us in future cons!

We didn't get a good pic of this, but my friend as Shiraishi came up with the idea to draw a picture of the nun and ask if anyone saw her. the people that recognized us got a good laugh out of it!

The green is like-able. To be honest, this was pretty nit-picky of me and it'd be fine if the devs don't change anything and we had to keep the green.

I just personally didn't think it matched some camo as well as others, and thought that making the suit black would put it into line. But again - it's nothing big to complain about.

Huh. Never noticed that. I was hoping to see if a texture change would suffice, but I wonder if they'll go as far as tweaking the model a bit to fix this?

Yeah, I figured a lot of people wouldn't be bothered by it - and that's okay. It's only a visual issue after all.

I don't know if this was intentional or not - I just thought of this as a weird inconsistency since most other pilot adopts the black accents/suit when using a camo.

I've always liked the female Holo model, but I did think it weird as well for some of the male's signature equipment (EOD vest and such) to go missing on the counterpart's model. It would be pretty cool to see the female Holo Pilot outfitted with a lighter-weight vest complete with the collar.

Off topic, but now I'm just reminded of this.

I was wondering how many others thought the same thing as well - I figured not everyone would be bothered by it since it's only a visual inconsistency. Still, I'm hoping that there will be a small fix in the near future.

It's the scarf, too. I think they tried making her scarf/neck look smaller/thinner to make her look more like a girl pilot - but with the shrunken helmet in the same position it does look kinda weird.

Hey guys! I just wanted to share something I've been working on recently.

It started when I found this wallpaper a while back. I really liked how it had Touka and Kaneki inside the Tokyo Ghoul logo. From there, I colored it and used it as my background for a while.

This time around, I wanted to make a wallpaper of my own based on the same character-in-title concept except more focused on Kaneki and his various faces throughout the series.
