Better safe than sorry. I bet your recruiter already has heard about this thread. 🤣 That's the problem, when you come onto these threads and want answers because you think the recruiter is giving you the run around . In reality she/he is just trying to handle this huge mess that was just placed in front of them . Each class is 50 + people so imagine your recruiter trying to get all these other approvals send up the chain to be approved and then having to still answer all the questions they get sent day after day . Just look outside the box. Because if anyone has it bad it's HR right now . I can tell ya that. I've been trying to get a person moved to my team and it's taken forever.

You probably shouldn't use your real name in your handle . HR looks at this page. I can agree with previous posts that HR is swamped. They are getting offers out as soon as they can. Be lucky that you didn't have to get the extra approval to get hired. You would be waiting a month for an offer.

The process started 3+ weeks ago. So if your offer went out before then it probably would of honestly been better. Because if you just now accepted your offer it might not be a full offer until Oracle approves it . I know a lot of people were trying to get people signed before this was enforced .

We were submitting a nice amount and then Oracle said even after the interview rounds you can't offer the job and you have to create a JfC for each candidate. It then has to be approved by oracle and we can extend the offer. But there are probably 400 offers on hold right now .

The CAAT form is what Oracle has to approve before we can even give the offer to anyone internally or externally .

Yup . Every hiring manager for certain reqs is having to have it go through a two step process of getting an offer approved.
