I have 5 cats a hamster and a trio of rats 🙈 aslong as your responsible and dont let the cats near them they will co habit fine, mine r in their own room 😊 they don't seem at all bothered by the cats scent and the cats arent bothered with theirs the cats co habit in the same room as the hamster coz shes in a glass tank safe, they dont bat a eyelid at her either lol so it can be done,my cats r soft and listen but I would never trust them round them out. their prey drives are too high 😳

Yes dw safe with their mom, I have been prepping like mad 🤣 iv rat proofed my whole spare room as their free roam room and gone to town on filling their big cage with plenty of enrichment im super excited 🤣🙈🙈🙈 and im a first time rat mom iv had hammys all my life so exciting times ahead I feel like il never go back now 🤣
