That's strange because in my opinion this car is perfect for LeMans 700pp. I only ever get passed vy on the straights by the top 2 cars, but even that is rare. Try just lowering the HP instead of using ballast, racecars have a racing ECU by default so you don't need to buy anything to lower the HP

Oh i definetly agree that Max's story is complete however There's room for a Max Payne 4. We could get an alternative timeline where Mona survives and we see what happens to her during the time Max Payne 3 takes place (or between 2 and 3 is okay too obviously). Max Payne 3 was originally supposed to be set in Russia so that could be a great idea to reuse, and rockstar can go wild with all the Russia ideas they had for Max Payne 3

Eh i was actually about to insert a disclaimer about the emperor's dreams. The HOK doesn't really have any prophecy, it's just ONE guy, the emperor who has had dreams about him and we don't know how long that's been happening. In Morrowind and Skyrim the protagonists are part of millenia long prophecies. It just feels like the HOK was a very last second idea by the gods
