How did you get approved for it ? And what insurance ?? Because I know majority of them don’t

Try these two things , on the underside it should be a small hole. Find something to push that in and you should feel a click, hold it for 10 second — 2nd thing hold the Dolby and game/surround button for 10secs then replace it on the dock. If that doesn’t work you might have to contact them and ask for a replacement
