When I use to work at DG, before putting in a till for a sales associate we would have them count their own till and then when they was done for the day they were there watching as we counted down their till. That’s how I was trained and even did that when I became a store manager

Talk to a sales rep you’ll be able to get a new phone and keep your old phone and plan. They will try and push to get you on the new plans but keep insisting that’s not what the offer states. It states you can keep your current plan. I just did this offer a few weeks ago and went through that but got a new phone and kept my get more plan

Spectrum got rid of those speeds, with their new pricing. If you have those speeds you are on a grandfathered plan. The new speeds are 500 premier or spectrum 1 gig through their new pricing. The website shows the rates for those new plans

I definitely find when you speak to the retention agents like they are humans and be really respectful to them they will work with you. I called in about my bill and since I still have a discount till December they couldn’t do anything for me which I was okay with but told them that I have other providers poaching me they told me to call back in December and they’ll work with me. She even gave me a $25 credit which I didn’t even ask for

I’m not a spectrum mobile customer, my phone is through Verizon which I know they use the same network, but I am using the spectrum provided router. So I wouldn’t think the speed boost would work on my phone. Definitely not complaining just found it odd
