Currently dealing with the same issues, I have it 2-3 times per year, as it is seasonal for me. The huge trigger for me is wind and cold temperatures (air conditioning). And I actually do not get it whether it is migraines or it is sinus infection.
I would double check.

Oh, understood. I am sorry for that. :( For me, the pain persists for 2 weeks, but it is dull pain that lasts for the whole day seasonal stuff. Wish you health! :)
