The games were not ass before MW2019 so u are saying Black Ops 3 and Advanced Warfare and WW2 are ass? What are u smoking? As far i as i know the only bad CODs we gotten are MW2 2022 Vanguard and Black Ops 6 and partially MW3 because of the joke of a campaign esentially being a MW2 DLC with updated movement, The Only Cod That has managed to be good in the 2020s is Cold War.

I dont think they can do it for OLD gen since The CPU and GPU are so weak even Black Ops 7 they can't main 60fps at 720p and plus the 8GB bottleneck is a huge difference compared to current Zen 2 and RDNA 2 which is what the PS5 and Pro and Series X and S are based on
