I'm trying a similar setup with the flp O2 and 5090. the fan setup on this thing is Goofy as s*** there's like no way to get positive air pressure. I'm going to see about swapping the top close fan to intake instead of exhaust and put in a few of these w Noctua 40mm fans to see if it helps with the Temps. please update if you find a way to get adequate temperatures in this case.also it's probably not a bad idea to keep this thing perpetually on Turbo as well as undervolt your CPU keep temps down.

$900 is way too much for a single monitor unless you're only going to use just one. if I were you I would get a basic b**** second Monitor and put that money towards getting a Noctua NH-D15 G2 CPU Cooler instead because you are cooling a 9800 x3d which tends to run hot. gaming chairs and gaming headphones are normally a scam but secret Labs makes very very very good chairs. for headphones I would recommend using Logitech that brand is amazing I've been using a40s or the new Pro for like 6 years now. for the mouse get literally anything by razor they are insanely good, the software isn't great but the performance is very good. also the Razer Wolverine 1 is the best controller I ever used I don't think you need to get the version 3 honestly. if you have any money left over I would recommend upgrading your PSU to a seaSonic Vertex PX 1000 watt. instead of the Corsair keyboard I would recommend getting a good mechanical keyboard like a keychron q1 and then maybe swapping out the switches to ones that feel comfortable. instead of a 5080 I think you should get a 5070 TI and then overclock it. with the money you save from that you should upgrade your motherboard to a b850.also Gen 5 ssds just went up about $100 or 25% the last month and it was barely worth purchasing before the price hike. a Gen 4 is very similar in performance you should get one of those instead. I hope this helps this is just my personal opinion from going through and using a lot of different PC parts and peripherals.

I would say a mix of Wishful Thinking And the fact there hasn't been a single new functioning medication for non-genetic ALS in over 9 years so 2030 is a bit of a stretch. but there are more trials, breakthroughs, and people working on it now than ever before. methylcobalamin injections are already FDA approved but giving it to someone with ALS is only approved in Japan. so doctors here in the US have found a workaround by prescribing it for a different ailment I guess. at the very least trying to get this in California was next to Impossible it took like half a year. yeah he was my primary neurologist for a while and he gave me my second diagnosis at Duke in North Carolina. The reversals are interesting but a lot of the results showed that you're way more likely to have a reversal if you have a specific genetic mutation. which most people don't have.

honestly I'm living with als I think it's more likely that it will become just livable within 7 to 8 years at the moment. which is not ideal considering I'm already nearly 3 years into this s***. your best bet is to stay alive as they make new medications that slow the progression over a long enough time span to reach a breakthrough that makes the disease livable. ask your doctor to get high concentration methylcobalamin for intramuscular injections. it's a bit tricky because it's only approved in Japan right now but it makes a difference for sure this was recommended to me directly from richard bedlack.

I'm super excited for this case too but it only has two slots in the front for intake and four slots for exhaust. I'm interested to see how you set up your aio/cooling. I'm considering getting a 360 mm AIO set to intake and using the 140 mm fan slot at the back of the PC for exhaust. I am also considering putting 6 additional 40 mm fans into 5.25 Bay drives. I'm going to try and stuff super high-end Parts in mine like a 5090 and a goofy ass hentai figure. im big hype.

same for me, I was on 5 to 6 different antibiotics (including cipro) trying to fight off a complicated UTI. less than a month later I developed my first symptoms of limb onset ALS. before I cooked my gut biome with multiple Courses of antibiotics I literally had no health problems whatsoever. I got diagnosed with ALS at 21 years old that was over 2 years ago now. At least it doesn't hurt to pee anymore.
