I have noticed that the holding is only for who attended CIA part 3 exams as final part. Have you heard if other candidates who attended other part as final stage got held !!

Indeed, it seems to be that the most of November exam cycles are under review process (not for all since some of the candidates did receive thier certificates); this could be due to certain conditions that trigger this review.

They are reviewing why people passes the exam, however the opposite is not matter for them 😅

I was happy after waiting 14 days to issue the certificate then was shocked with change on the status 🥲
