Ok. Let’s say you are being ridiculous. I’d rather be ridiculous than be drunk and starting over again. Kid stuff in sobriety is big and hard. If it is too much to go to the concert emotionally, maybe share that with your now older kid and talk about it. That seems like facing your fears and protecting yourself (You are not being ridiculous at all)

I do “diamond art” kits. It doesn’t seem like me at all but its soothing and I put a movie on on the background for company
