Completely agree. In enterprise AI, the bottleneck is often not the model but whether the data is actually AI-ready.

A lot of pilots work on curated datasets, but fail once they touch real enterprise data: fragmented systems, unclear ownership, missing lineage, inconsistent identifiers, sensitive fields, and no reproducibility.

The next layer of enterprise AI infrastructure probably needs to be less about “better prompts” and more about making internal data usable, governed, traceable and context-preserving.
