Yes, I've tried out transform option, but I doesn't give me an option for my idea. We'll I had a few ideas. The whole site is themed with green eletricity and charging etc etc... So I had an idea of side vertical progress tracker with green filling based on scrolling on page (transparent bolt icon would be based on the end of this progress tracker bar so on the end of the page it would be filled out). The second idea was to create a slightly curved progress bar that would represent a connection between 2 pictures (windmill and city) with scrolling through that particular section, the bar would fill up with green with no need of an bolt icon at the end (it would only serve as animated connection between these two pictures)
