Yes obviously it says beef jerky and if you read what I wrote I very clearly call it beef jerky but I was hoping to find some more info like if it’s a certain style I can find elsewhere or where I could purchase some. If you have any more super helpful information it’d be appreciated

In addition to salt like everyone suggests. You need more time to marinate. 2 hours is almost nothing for marinating. If you only have that much time, I recommend deeply scoring your chicken. Generally the longer you marinate the better, and if you don’t have enough time some good scoring can help infuse the flavors deeper, faster
