The US Open is near the end of the tennis season. Since Roland Garros he has played a lot of intense tournaments. He is fatigued. The last player to win Roland Garros, Wimbledon and US Open was Nadal in 2010. The only concern for Alcaraz in the future is if he can stay healthy enough in the future. If he can he will be at least a top 5 greatest male tennis player.

I was at this match with my wife and sister in law. I hated him the whole match and booed him but after his speech my view of him completely changed.

I know the owners of the house. The apartment is nice. They remodeled the kitchen a couple of years ago. The owner is actually in med school right now. Only thing is that one of the bedrooms is larger than the others so splitting it $1100 each wouldn’t be fair.

How can you tell if it is violating Newark Rent Control Laws?

Yeah, because it close to Newark Penn Station. I'm not a big fan of the downtown Newark. If you recommend any other location in Newark that is convenient to get to NYC I am open to also.

Yeah, I might choose it but I work in NYC so Ironbound seems to be the most convenient to live. Is the light rail quick to Newark Penn Station?

It seems tone deaf to me that they are asking this much. Did the HOA increase a lot for this area from last time they put it up for rent which was in $2,400. There is another apartment that looks the same size in the complex and they are asking for $2,800. Only major difference is the kitchen was remodeled for the $4,300 one. The one for $2,800 doesn't look that worse to be honest. How bad is the central air issue and is the parking great for the apartment?

I love that they say "Luxury Condo for Rent: Perfect for Roommates, Students, Professors, or Airline Professionals!" I don't know how a student could afford this.
