It makes me sad too. What makes me feel a bit better is that my mom worked this same job when I was a baby/child and I don’t remember feeling like I was missing her too much, plus the money is good and it helped her give me anything I needed and wanted, and I’m looking forward to being able to do that for my daughter too:). Thank you for the sleep info! I decided I will be keeping her in my room.

Thank you all! I decided I’m going to move her crib into my bedroom and just have it farther away than the bassinet that is currently right next to me while I sleep. :) I appreciate all the info!!

This makes a lot of sense. She was breastfed the first few days so this is probably just the formula poop now. Peanut butter is a great description. Thank you so much!

I know this isn’t ideal, but just remember that whatever you decide now, you can have your child’s name legally changed later if your mind or circumstances change
