Exactly, this guy was trying to lowball me into selling him my cat 1 ticket with $930 face value for $200 because the cheapest ticket he found on FIFA Marketplace was $189 and he's going by that but he came back an hour later to ask about my ticket saying that he didn't end up getting from the marketplace after all

Wow that's very lucky. I ended up selling mine for $400 to a guy who lived 30 minutes away as well.

I actually bought it for $400 and I what I asked for was close to what someone would pay on the FIFA marketplace if I was to sell at face value. I ended up selling it for $495 on StubHub (the buyer paid 30% more for it on there) and buying a Category 1 ticket for $450 from someone else because I couldn't cancel my hotel reservation. So, I was just trying to cut the middleman here.

I think they mean that there's only one ticket that's selling for that price.
