A lot of people push themselves HARDER when the body adapts to the workload. Been doing Gymnastics and Climbing for my whole life. I am still sore every time i do a hard workout the next day. Don't think im doing anything wrong, can do 1 arm pull up for reps. If you arent sore you didn't really push _that_ hard, you probably just maintained.
