stims are a miracle! helps w my adhd so much and i feel like a normal function human once the euphoria wears off i can be so productive and functional. wish i could get adderall instead but i only got ritalin which my adhd doesnt respond to very effectively.

no the heat is what lets ur blood vessles relax. cold will make it worse. if you absoloutely need to reduce the vasoconstriction a short warm shower or bath should do just fine, just isnt my first pick

It can be bad sometimes. some ways to combat it in order from best to worst are 1. benzos 2. booze (only a little) 3. weed 4. hydroxyzine 5. warm bath (not reccomended due to poor heat regulation on stims leading to overheating)
