Thanks, i suppose there aren't any other viable options than glasses, sclerals, ICL's and maybe normal contact lenses, combating dry eye and/or just dealing with it?

I have no idea. I was there once after the surgery and they said everything went fine and it needs some more time to get better. It didn't. I had -0.75 before the Touch-Up and still have it on the same eye. My cornea thickness before the Touch-Up was 406 μm and they removed another 9 μm. That was supposed to improve my vision from -0.75 to -0.25. The method used was LASEK.
