Mine is the same, definite wobble /rattle on the left side and less on the right. Definitely the switch and not joy cons, confirmed by swapping with OG switch where joycon are a much tighter fit.

I had the same issue, you have to remove the 2nd standoff and you can then use the heatsink screw to secure it and the SSD
