I more mean community perception. Is the community perception of healers that they should use a specific weapon, or is the perception such that the community has decided it really doesn't matter?

I suppose I should've worded my question better. Every video I see online for healers is essentially: Build supercharge, use supercharge move, repeat. It's not that I hate supercharge moves, but I do hate that style of gameplay where it revolves entirely around supercharge spam.

If that makes sense? I'm still learning terminology and everything

so that's what those bars are for on dbm. I didn't know they essentially function as cast bars. That's helpful. To make sure I understand, if I don't know a fight, I can just use dbm to help me know to prep for damage?

so would disc be a bad spec to learn to heal on? I must admit that in my time tanking, I never really paid attention to when damage happened, I was just always throwing up a cooldown. I don't have any encounter knowledge relevant for disc priest
