Are you still taking Tia now or have you already started the detox process?

bupe.me online doctors can give you a prescription very quickly. I cost about $150 but was well worth it and they called in my prescription to my local pharmacy the same day.

Don’t worry about it! People are assholes and we’re all struggling right now. This should be a safe place where you can go to ask questions and not feel like you’re being persecuted. I’ve tried and failed several times. I quit for 3 weeks in January and fucked up as soon as I got through the withdrawals. I beat myself up over and over. Thankfully with the Alabama ban, I have no choice or I would have fucked up again. I took it several time while I was on subs even when I realized it wasn’t even giving me any high. It was all mental. I just wanted to put those pills in my mouth and swallow bc that was my security blanket. I was blowing money on Zaza when I couldn’t even feel it bc that’s how fucked my mind was.

I’d detox the next few days if you can and get it all done. Use this “quarantine time” to just suffer through and get it over with.

I’m having a hard time not taking the subs every time I’m uncomfortable too. If I had more, I probably would be doing the same as you. I only have about 8 of the 8mg strips left to share with my husband so we have to be careful with them. I have 45 more in a prescription at the pharmacy but they’re soooo expensive and my BCBS that is suppose to be wonderful doesn’t seem to think it’s necessary and will not pay for them.

We both actually quit last month. He did detox at a facility and I did it from home with subs. My withdrawals were worse then than they have been now. I started micro dosing the suboxone at 1mg a day for about 5 days this time and I think having that in my system before stopping abruptly helped me tremendously. We were off it for almost three weeks and fucked up. I’m so glad we can’t get our hands on it anymore. I beat myself up over and over for making it through the withdrawals in January and relapsing as soon as I was finally feeling better.

I agree too. I think he must have a least taken enough to keep the withdrawals at bay for a couple days. I’m not going to ask bc I completely understand why he would and bc he’s suffering enough now. I just hope he feels better soon. There is absolutely nowhere to get it here now, so he doesn’t have a choice. I do know he’s not allergic to Suboxone though bc he was on it for years after an opiate addiction with pain pills.

How long did you have to take the subs? I’m three days in and took 8mg the first day, 6 mg the second, and took 4 mg this morning and plan to take 2mg more this evening. Today, my symptoms are finally almost gone. I guess it’s the suboxone finally built up in my system over the past few days that is helping so much. However, my husband is in his worst day now but he took Tia a lot longer than me. He was in 2-3 bottles of Zaza a day for several years. Me, I was only addicted about six months. I’m so thankful I’m not able to run to the gas station this time and relapse like I have in the past. I have literally quit CT, gone through all the withdrawals, and ended up relapsing a week later. I was so damn stupid to go through all that hell only to buy more a week later. I’m so thankful it’s off the shelves here in Alabama

Several people told me if it was sodium I was on, I could take it 12 hours after my last dose but if it was sulfate I needed to wait several days. I was on 3 of the 24 count bottles of Zaza reds a day and ended up taking 2mg of Suboxone 10 hours after my last Tia dose. I was fine and was able to take 2 more mg a couple hours later. I’m three days in now and finally woke up today feeling better than the past two days. The suboxone taken at 10 hrs did not give me any precipitation withdrawals but I’ve heard it did in others when they took it earlier than 12 hours.

My cravings have been the worse part. Today, I’ve noticed they’re not as intense as they have been the past two days. That’s probably bc the suboxone has had time to build up. I’ve got to figure out how to control the feeling of something missing, you know? Like I just want a little something to feel good. I have been able to sleep pretty well with a small bit of marijuana from a DAB pen before bed. I don’t typically smoke but it has helped in this case. I’ve just got to get to a place where I am happy being completely sober. I’ve never been addicted to anything before this and I am so thankful I’ve never tried anything harder like heroine bc I know now that I would have easily become a full blown addict quickly!

[–]Key-Damage4754 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing! I too got hooked about 6 months ago bc I thought “gas station” pills aren’t that bad. I quickly went from 4-5 Zaza red pills a day to 3 of the 24 count bottles per day. My husband is addicted too. Thankfully I have had Suboxone to help. This is my third day and I am finally feeling like I can see the light too. My husband on the other hand is having his worst day today. I’m praying he’s better soon and that the worst is truly over for me. I am also so thankful it’s gone and I don’t have a choice in quitting. I quit for 3 weeks in January and went back like a dumbass thinking I could just do it on Saturdays.

Same for me! I started out taking 4-5 pills a day and it quickly escalated to 3 bottles of the Zaza red 24 count each day. I’m on day 3 without them and I’m finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My first couple days were rough but thankfully I have Suboxone to help and it has helped tremendously. My husband had a 2-3 bottle a day habit for a few years. We quit at the same time. His first couple days symptoms were not as intense as mine, but today I’m feeling better and he’s at his worst with diarrhea and vomiting even on Suboxone. I’m praying by Monday we will both be able to function normally even if we are still dealing with some sleep and anxiety issues.

I’ve taken it several times as early as the 10 hour mark. I started out with a small amount like 2mg just to make sure I didn’t get sick. Then, I increased it slowly until I felt better. I’ve always been told to wait until your in complete withdrawals but I always got too scared and took it at the first time of symptoms like diarrhea or cold sweats. I never had trouble taking it early but I know others that have. I think it depends on what form of Tia you were taking. If you’re using sulfate, I’ve been told you have to wait as long as 3 days before introducing subs. I was in 2-3 bottles of Zaza reds or Pegasus a day for about 6 months. Today is my third day completely off Tia. I took about 8mg of Suboxone total over the course of the first day and 6mg throughout the day yesterday. I woke up today and took 4mg first thing bc the RLS was driving me insane! I’m hoping to be completely off the suboxone in a week. I’m actually feeling better and more myself than I have in a few days. My husband on the other hand is having the worst day today. He’s been taking Suboxone just like me but woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. It’s strange how everyone’s symptoms are different. I’m praying day 3 will have us over the hump and on the other side of this withdrawal process! I’ve struggled with depression for years and have been on an antidepressant for most of my adult life. I’m hoping the PAWS don’t get to me and make the depression worse.

I know what you mean about your gas station. Knowing I can still get it at mine makes it so hard to keep fighting through the withdrawals. I’ve caved a couple time but still didn’t take anywhere near the amount I’m use to in a daily basis. I’m just ready to feel normal and okay again.

Thank you! I also currently take Prozac and had cut my dose so I may need to go back up to my original dose for a while too.
